1. Where can I buy Nature's Animals products?
Visit our store locator on our homepage for a list of retail stores in your area. Also, check your local pet store. If you can't find Nature's Animals products, ask the store manager to order some. No dog should go without Nature's Animals all natural dog biscuits!


2. How are your products different than other dog biscuits?
Our products are made only with the finest human-grade all natural and organic ingredients. They are handmade, fresh-baked and contain no chemical preservatives or additives. We care about your pet as much as you do.


3. Are the flavors really different? How come they don't look different?
The ingredients we use in our products all have different taste characteristics. We don't use any artificial coloring that some companies use to make the products look like their flavors, (which is really just for the owner's benefit). Your dog's nose and taste buds can tell the difference. We had one boy write to us to tell us that he tested his dog. He placed three different flavors of Gourmet Select biscuits on the floor, each about 1 foot apart. He put his dog on the other side of the room and let her go. He did this exercise a number of times and every time he conducted his "home research" he switched the order of the biscuits. The results were always the same. She sniffed each biscuit, but always went back to the peanut butter & carob biscuit and ate that one first. She gobbled up the other two biscuits immediately after! He concluded that she must be able to tell the difference. We agree with him!


4. What are all the "particles/pieces" in your products?
We don't use any artificial colors to change the natural look of our products. The little pieces that you see are the actual fresh grains and oats, vegetables, and seasonings that we use in our products.


5. How are your products made?
All of our products are made with the utmost pride and care. We bake our bones in our own bakery. We carefully select the most wholesome ingredients and prepare our dough by hand. We roll out the dough and cut each bone under the careful eye of a trained baker. The hot bones are then cooled, packed and shipped daily.


6. What does "human-grade" mean?
Human-grade means that the ingredients are fit for human consumption. Our bones are delicious, try one and see!


7. Do you offer any special packs?

Look for our counter-top display where you can purchase individual biscuit like our Original Bakery Biscuit in delicious Peanut Butter and BBQ Chicken.
